EPISODE 161 - SDA UNLOCKED: Melbourne - Weir Views & Beveridge
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
On this monthly episode of SDA Unlocked (August 2023) Debbie invites our Melbourne based consultant Elizabeth, to talk about two different suburbs in different parts of this big market - Weir Views & Beveridge. They both give our listeners an in-depth breakdown of these two areas from two perspectives, that of a 'property fundamentals' perspective from someone on the ground, and also from a distance based on the SDA numbers from a 'data analytics' perspective.
Elizabeth shows her many years of property expertise of the Melbourne market, and she is very passionate in her belief for these two suburbs as up and coming locations for long term demand of SDA, based on 'capitalisation'. She talks about how she relies on property expert Terry Ryder's research location indicators for Melbourne, and of the 4 areas he recommends in Melbourne, these 2 areas of Weir Views & Beveridge are prime hotspots in his top 4. They are ideal investments locations, even if it wasn't for SDA as the primary focus for an investor. That's what makes this episode so great to listen to. Debbie is really excited to have Elizabeth contribute on this fantastic summary of this region, to support her SDA findings, and we also think that this may be our best one yet for SDA UNLOCKED.
