EPISODE 333 - 2025 - That's a wrap
In this, our final episode for the year, Minh & Debbie take a look back at the year that was.
2025 began with clear signs that the SDA investment landscape was in for a major shift. We saw buyers becoming more sophisticated and lending rules changing significantly. But little did we know just how quickly the impact would hit - from finance challenges and new market dynamics to the pressures on NDIS providers and tenant funding.
A direct result of this maturing market? We're now seeing many more property re-sales and far fewer brand-new properties coming to market.
Minh & Debbie also share some thoughts on what might be in store for next year. And, of course, they want to wish you all a very Happy Christmas and a wonderful New Year break.
